Bachelorette Chow: Southern Fried Chicken

Cooking for one is not simple: although there are many grocery stores who are starting to offer food solutions for us soloists and singlistas, there are still many stores who choose to solely focus on (large) families. This in turn doesn't leave us with too many options when it comes to preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. But, as I am starting to find out, there are ways around it.

Last time I went grocery shopping, Delhaize was having a BOGO sale for chicken drumsticks. So I went for it! With one batch I made Southern Fried Chicken, using Divas Can Cook's recipe. It was delicious and I even took it to work for lunch. It can be eaten with sautéed spinach, a salad or rice.
